Last Thursday, Prima Queen and Shanghai Baby performed live in one of Hackney's most renowned venues, Paper Dress, as part of a cultural adventure presented by Estrella Galicia.

The Spanish beer company is renowned for their passion of throwing fantastic parties with DJs and live music from the undiscovered stars of the alternative music scene. They are also known for making a difference in the world by promoting sustainability as a way of living.

The event last week began with a lively beer tasting at one of the hippest bar in London Fields, BBE, where we gained a deeper understanding of the various beer kinds you or they (Estrella Galicia) can brew using various components while sneakily comparing how a song sounds.

After indulging our taste buds, the Paper Dress venue was in full bloom. Los Bitchos was in charge of the music, playing catchy tracks as people strolled around and savoured and discovered the nuances of what a “positive impact” taste like. Rockins' limited-edition personalised denim jackets gave a preview of the evening to come. "Shake it up, baby," I said. Beer, food, music, and fun times!!

Prima Queen's performance, which was a dose of clean psychedelic rock that lifted the spirits above the roof of the Paper Dress, was preceded by the band Shanghai Baby, who warmed up the night with love and bitter alt rock tunes.

Our bellies and ears full, the evening came to a close with Jeff Higgins directing the final last dance at a memorable party to celebrate the end of summer. We can't wait until the following Estrella Galicia event. Whenever we arrive to a party and see their name on the counter, all we can do is smile.
