Meet Spooky Kid

Hell bent on making nightmares come to life with surreal costumes and dark tunes, the DJ and living sculpture has captivated an audience of Instagram fans as well as the London club scene.

Living in constant panic over the environmental crisis, a global pandemic, and now a government hell bent on making the creative industries redundant, the world is already a terrifying place. But for French creative Spooky Kid, the horror doesn't stop there.

Using costume, makeup, as well as digital editing, Spooky Kid manipulates their body to create bulbous shapes and absurd proportions to distort our perceptions and push the limits of the obscene. And with a crass candor to boot, they are turning out to be a true hellion of nightmarish proportions. With the spookiest day of the year quickly approaching, there was no better time to get to know Spooky Kid.
